Can I alter my order?

We aim to ship all products within 1-2 business days, if you have placed an order and wish to alter this please either email sales@shishaworks.com.au or call the Shisha Works team during business hours on 1300 FLAVOUR (1300 352 867).  If the order has not get been shipped we will be able to adjust this for you.

What do I do if I think I received a faulty or broken item?

In the event where you believe you may have been received a faulty product we ask that you follow the following steps:

Please send an email to sales@shishaworks.com.au

  1. In the subject please note – Customer Service & your full name
  2. Please include you full name, the delivery address the order was shipped to and your best contact number if you wish to be contacted via phone in the email
  3. Please provide a brief description of the issue
  4. Please provide any photos of the item

Our sales team will review your email and respond within 1-2 business days and to work through this with you as quickly as possible.
