In the event where you do not pick up your parcel from the post office or allocated Australia Post parcel collection point and the goods are returned to Shisha Works by Australia Post, Shisha Works reserve the right to refund the order minus the shipping costs. Shisha Works will email you to advise you of the refund for the cost of goods. Please allow 2-7 business days for the refund amount to be reflected in your account from which the original purchase was made.
