When will my order be shipped?

As we keep all products in stock we aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days via Australia Post.

Please note that we do not ship orders on Public Holidays and allow for this when placing orders around the Easter and Christmas periods in particular.  Please email the team if you have any questions on sales@shishaworks.com.au 

Will I receive an email once my order has been shipped?

Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number once your item has been processed and packed.  If you do not receive an email within 48 business hours with your tracking number please contact the team on sales@shishaworks.com.au or log into your account and update your email address to ensure we can send all communication to you quickly.  Please allow up to 12 hours from time of email for the tracking number to be activated by Australia Post.

Do I need to sign for my parcel or can it be left in a safe place?

We provide tracking with all on orders to ensure that the parcels are received and any issues can be followed up quickly.  For this reason we do not allow orders to be left at shipping addresses without a signature.  If you are not home the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for collection.

When will my order arrive?

We ship all orders via Australia Post.  Please use the below information as a guide / approximate for your delivery arrival date.  As all orders are shipped via a third party we can only offer these dates as a guide and can’t be held responsible for any delays that occur.

Express Shipping (within Australia): 1 - 3 business days approximately

Standard Shipping (within Australia): 3 - 7 business days approximately
